This is something I progressed onto when hitting 3 full body sessions,

a'la Bill Starr, became too much work. It gives you more recovery time and more time on each lift.

Monday - Bench Day

Here you do the majority of your Bench Press work. Sets and reps are upto you at this point. Follow this up with some assistance and finally at least 5 sets of 10 of lat work.

Tuesday - Squat/Deadlift Day

Perform the Squat and Deadlift today, no variations. Competition form. Finish with some ab work.

Thursday - Bench Assistance

Here's where you need to know your own body well enough to be able to pick out some useful assitance exercises. Pick the most useful assistance exercise for your Bench and perform it hard and heavy, this will be the bulk of the work done today. Finish off with another assistance exercise for higher reps and finally more lat work.

Friday - Squat/Deadlift Assistance

Pick out two assistance exercises which aid your Squat and Deadlift, do them heavy. Finish with Ab work. Take a look at "A look at weak point training" for ideas on how to pick your assistance exercises.
